Owls of Missouri

Give a HOOOOT! Have you ever heard those odd calls at night? It could be an owl. One even sounds like it’s asking you the question, “Who, who, who cooks for you?”. Learn which owl calls like that. Be sure to join us and Dickerson Park Zoo educators for this FREE animal program. The four resident owls of Missouri will be presented LIVE! They include the screech owl, barn owl, barred owl, and the great-horned owl. We will discuss the specific characteristics of these nocturnal raptors will be examined.
