32nd Annual Festival of Lights
November 29 - December 25
This event is partnered with the Friends of Wappapello Lake, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and River Radio. Approximately 250,000 lights transform this campground into a winter wonderland that will help to bring in the Holiday Spirit. Local businesses and individuals decorate sites with as many lights as possible. Sites are FREE to decorate, and the event is FREE to attend. Santa will make appearances! If you are interested in decorating a site or for more information, please contact the Wappapello Lake Management Office. The event will be open from 5 PM to 9 PM on weekends only
from November 29th – December 8th and nightly from December 13th -25th .
